Installing SBx in P3DV4 windows 10
SBX is not accepting the path to P3DV4. Is this a lost cause, or is there a way of doing this - installing ?

Figured it out. Had created a ,sbp, masking, and all then a water poly for the lake. I removed the bgl, leaving the .shp file in. Worked just fine.

Creating a Lake wit Sbuilderx313
Just created a lake using SBX313. Everything went smooth until I fired off FSX and found my plane sitting wheels down on a petrified Lake  I know I'm missing a part of the process but cannot find it. Have been reading tutorials, how to do it and all. Don't want to line myself up with a "Dumb a...

Organizing SBX projects
Is there a tutorial or instruction on setting up folders to hold projects in? I'm assuming you would not want to keep everything in the "work" folder.

Re: files folders and where to put everything
Tutorial? Everyone has their own method of doing things, sometimes figured out through trial and error. You can set things up as you like and find a simple solution to one of the problems you point out. If you rename the BMP file remember to rename the matching TXT file, in case you ever want to lo...

files folders and where to put everything
I have been reading thorugh several sites to try and get a handle on how to file the data and compiled scenery created using SBX. I created a airstirp and as directed placed everyting in the SBX work folder. All is good. I then created another airstrip and did the same thing. I then had two sets of ...

Re: Poly and Vector line layering
Luis, You are a champ, thanks for the reply. I captured some photo real off google earth of the area I wanted to build an airstrip at thinking of using the textures in the SBX library. I see your point. Will do just that; texture in the airstrip and parking right using PSP. This stuff is really inte...

Poly and Vector line layering
Using SBX I pulled a background off Google Earth, mapped, saved and created the .bmp. The area was just an open field. I moved the bmp into PSP, added some dirt for the airstrip and loading area. Created a mask around both and compiled everything, and copied the bgl into FSX. Fired off FSX and check...

Re: Help wih inf file
Thank you Luis and meshman for your help. The only .inf file I'm seeing is the Photo01.inf. I have searched the HD for another inf having a naming convention that even remotly resembles this projcet but cannot find it. Sounds like Im missing something here :). I have been working through the OZx Developers Guide Series for making country aristrips with moderate success. Compiled and generated a bgl just using the one bmp with some shape and object instals. Today I created the four season and night variations, annotating them as outlined it the guide. I co...
