Re: Autogen problem
On the contrary, you seem to have done everything correctly. Perhaps your new airport is not on the same location as the default, and the exclusion poly does not cover the old airport background. In which case it would still be active and prevent autogen from displaying. But, if your exclusion does ...

Re: Autogen problem
Thank you for the detailed images. Was the original (default) airport larger than your modification? All airport backgrounds exclude autogen in order to avoid trees and buildings on the runway. When you create a new airport, you must first remove (exclude) the default airport background so tha...

Re: Problem with Generic Buildings
Yes, Jon does provide a number of Generic Buildings for use in Airport Design Editor and there is probably a way to add more of them, but unfortunately I don't remember how it is done. The Flight Simulator developers came up with Generic Buildings as a simple way to add standard, non-custom building...

Re: Autogen problem
Could you please provide a detailed explanation of what you wish to accomplish and how you went about it in SBuilderX? It would also be helpful if your image were annotated and indicated the problem areas.
Best regards.

Re: Problem with Generic Buildings
Generic Buildings are not normal scenery objects. They do not contain polygons or materials (maps or textures), but only instructions to the game on how to build and place this building. If ModelConverterX does not load Generic Buildings, then it will report the bgl as empty, since it is looking for...

Re: Tile Server Plug-Ins for SBuilderX
Since nobody else is reporting these issues, it seems clear that the problem is on your side. You should review your Windows installation and check your hardware.

Re: Tile Server Plug-Ins for SBuilderX
HERE Maps does not supply the dlls used by SBuilderX. While they are installed with the application, Luis Sá assumes no liability for the use that people might make of them. Please remember that satellite and aerial images and maps on all those servers are licensed copyrighted material and may not b...

Re: Tile Server Plug-Ins for SBuilderX
Probably nothing being done wrong at all. It sounds more as if HERE has changed something in the way tiles are accessed or perhaps the dll no longer points to the correct location at the HERE server. In any case, it does not seem to be a problem with SBuilderX at all, and it contines to work correct...

Re: Tile Server Plug-Ins for SBuilderX
I think that there is one feature of SBuilderX version 3.14 that will not work with Windows 10 because at the time Windows 10 did not exist! So, it does not seem very fair to call SBuilderX buggy. The previous version, as mentioned numerous times in this forum, can be used with Windows 10, if desire...

Re: Prepar3d v2/v3 & Sbuilderx314 - Just a simple question.
Hello, I do not have P3D, and so do not know anything more than what was posted in the thread just a few below this one (where you also posted.) According to Dick and Mark, SBuilderX should work fine with the P3D tools. If you are blocked, try right-clicking on the SBuilderX icon and select "Run as ...

Re: Tile Server Plug-Ins for SBuilderX
Hello Gary, HERE has gone through a number of changes lately, as you most likely know. I have no idea if this has anything to do with your problems, but have you checked the status of your HERE subscription on the web site? It is also possible that a mapping or image service does not cover certain a...

Re: Upgrade to 3.14 gives an error message. Please help
Hello Al, The last version of SBuilderX added some new variables and made some other changes to the ini file. Please simply go to the SBuilderX directory, delete the ini file (or move it somewhere if you have made changes to it and need it for consultation), and re-launch SBuilderX. The application ...

Re: Show Background F1 grayed out in menu
Hello,
The image server dlls installed in the Tiles directory will appear in a list of available servers in SBuilderX.
Please select the server you wish to use (Google Satellite) in that list in order to get background images.
Best regards.
