How to built a little mesh

Hi all
I'd like to create a little hill next to a runway on which i'd like to put my control tower. When i try to build it sbuilder asks me to click on the <u>mesh map</u>. I don't know what it is.
Is there any tuto on how to make a mesh (a very little for me)with sbuilder ?
