If FSX is not in the same partition as Vista, SbuilderX may not be installed correctly. Try to install Sbuilderx in the FSX partition. This has fixed the problem for me.
Good luck

I'm having the same problem with Windows Vista Home Premium 32bits, the SDK is installed but SBuilder seems to be unable to find it.I'd greatly appreciate any help.
Thanks

Hi Luis,

Same problems here. My FSX and SDK are installed on a separate drive.
Ideally there should be some way to specify the locations of the relievent folders if the program cannot read the info from the registry. Either via a setup screen or even an .ini file.

Hi

I have not Vista and I can not help. But I think that someone referred to have found a bypass to this problem (www.fsdeveloper.com).

Regards,

Luis

ps: José - can you open "old projects"?

Hi,

I use (have used for some time) Vista 32 bit. And I have FSX on a virtual drive separate from the one where SBuilderX is installed. The SDK is on the same drive as SBX and Vista. I had no problems with installation or running of SBX apart from:
1. I had to change the security settings for the SBX folder to "full control" (or whatever is the English expression, I have a Danish localized version of Vista).
2. When running SBX and then minimizing the SBX window I sometimes get an (exception caught globally) error message.

Hi,

just open SBuilder "as an administrator" and everything should be ok!
