Dick (Rhumbaflappy) regularly uploads new ddl's that help to establish the connections to the various download servers.
I see quite a few posts here that probably relate to older dlls being used. Dick's new versions can be found here (check version and date):

Maybe this post or another one could be made a sticky to avoid the same isssue popping up frequently.
