Google Satellite background issue

SBuilderX 3.14 (64-bit) Google Satellite - v1.63 - I didn't had any trouble before but now I do - When I zoom =13 - whole area showing but next level 14 and 15 turned white blank, then 16 show up but 17 and 18 turned white blank. I'm new to this forum, I'm looking for a solution...
