No background image

I installed today the SBilder X 3.14-16bit but, in the moment that I click in View --> Show background - Google satellite -, I noticed that after a determinate altitude, the ground image desapear, and shows just a white tele. What can I do to fix it. Video: NVidea GeForce GTX970.

What altitude, specifically?
Image servers do not provide all zoom levels for every part of the world. If no image is available for that zoom level, then SBuilderX can only display a blank (white) screen.

Hello, thanks for answer. It's not possible to see the altitude becouse of the blank page. I'm trying in zoom 18 (google satelite) but after zoom 12, I see the white page. In this zoom, I supose that it's not possible get a good image to use to a real scenery. Best wishes.

I am also same problem. Until zoom 12 image appears , after that only white. It sounds that Google dll 's something wrong

I'm trying to get imagens from my city (Sao Paulo-Brazil) area using google server, but the same happens! I got blank background with zoom 3! It is as if Google no longer had the map of my country. I'm using the last googleserver.dll but doesn't work! Can someone check if is only with my system?
SOLVED: I found the 196 version of googleserver and working very well!
