I am having trouble getting sbuilderx313 to work. I know sbuilderx313 has to work before I can upgrade to sbuilderx314. I had to completely wipe my computer and start from scratch reinstalling windows, and reinstalling FSX. Ican't figure out what I am doing wrong. I have FSX and FSX Acceleration installed but I can't get sbuilderx313 to install properly. Please Help! I am getting frustrated

Please try copying those files from the SDK directory to the SBuilderX Tools folder.
