Hello,
I may try to debug what you are referring to if you post here or send me by email the files that I need to reproduce the error!
Thank you, Luis

Re: DOES XBUILDERX WORK WITH P3D V4
Hello,
In a few days I will release a version that allows you to "set a FSX path" instead of trying to get it from the Windows Register.
Regards, Luis

Re: SBuilder FS9 Problem creating Mesh
Hello Leonardo,
I am not able to help since I do not use FS anymore. I hope someone can answer your problem. I wonder if you already check Fsdeveloper.com where there is also a forum for Terrain Scenery.

Re: I am creating a repository of ...
Hello, I just post the following on FSDeveloper. Dear SBuilderX users, From time to time I see complaints about my absence in responding to questions related to SBuilderX. Actually, since 2010 I rarely use FS and most of the times I do not know (or I do not remember) the answers that users are looki...

I am creating a repository of ...
... all the source code of SBuilderX in github. At the moment I am verifying the compilation of my sources on Visual Studio 2017 and learning git and github! In this way active users can discover and hopefully fix bugs and we all profit from that. When this is ready I will announce here! Best Regard...

Re: Portugal Terrain - cannot reach PTSIM & runtime error 36
Hello, Thank you for putting my request on AVSIM. However, I must say that I will definitively try to resolve this. It will not be next week (I will be in Greece) but in the 1st week of February I will switch on my old computer and by inspecting dates of files and things like that I should be able t...

Re: Portugal Terrain - cannot reach PTSIM & runtime error 36
Hello, In order for me to resolve the installation problem of Portugal Terrain, I need to get an old PC where I keep my old files, install FS, and see what has changed in the hosting company that now holds all the PTSim and SBuilder stuff. Due to attacks and spams I had to go to a different company....

Re: Bug in SBuilderX 3.14
Hello, I started SBX using VB6 and then ported it to more recent VB using Visual Studio 2013. The problem in putting the source in the public domain is that it was never thought to reach that stage. When I started with SB, it was to automate some processes in scenery creation that I was working on. ...

Re: Seasonal Greetings and Many Thanks!
Hello Ian,
Thank you for this post! I really appreciated but I must say that I have done nothing about SB in the recent past! The persons you mentioned are the ones that keep this forum alive!
I wish you the best possible 2016!

Re: Shapefiles
Thanks Ian, My first problem  is that I have not Windows 8.1 (unless I borrow my wife 's computer). May be I need to test shapelib on a Windows 8 (in Windows 7 I was getting a error with shapelib and I had to write some bypass code). My second problem 8) is that I am 40 miles from Gibraltar, s...

Re: Shapefiles
Hello, We are at Costa Blanca in Marina Salinas, Torrevieja, until July 18. Then we carry on, on our way to Oporto! I just opened your 2 shape files without error! Since Dick also got them right, you should double check your update installation. I think I am using the same shapelib.dll file as Arno....

Re: Shapefiles
Hello, In fact I had to change the code to read Shape files in the 314 version. All shape file input and output used the shapelib.dll standard library. This free library is used in almost all programs that interact with shape files. However the shapelib.dll is for 32-bit Windows systems and was neve...

Hello,
Unfortunately I cannot help on this during the next 2 months. When I get home I will release a complete free version of the scenery. Sorry.

Re: SBUILDER and FTX Global
Hello, I could not quite understand what you require. Could you please explain? When SBuilderX is installed it can install the modified terrain.cfg or keep the original one (by FSX). If you want to build scenery assuming that the end users have a specific terrain.cfg I would place that cfg where the...
