Caro Luis,
Tudo bem?

Unfortunately, those macros were created many years ago and I don't remember very much about them. Also, I do not have either FS 2004 or SBuilder for FS 2004 installed on my computer.
However, there should not be any difficulty using them. I am guessing that the Fences and Walls package contains 2 parts:
- the macros for each model plus an image file. These should be placed in the Tools/ASD folder;
- a DXT bitmaps folder. These are the textures for each object and should go in the Texture folder of your scenery project.
How to place a Fence or Wall in scenery
I think you just draw a line, then assign a fence or wall of your choice from the list of macros. That should be it.
Perhaps somebody who is still using these programs will kindly correct me. But, in general, there is nothing difficult about it and if you just try it, you should be able to quickly figure it out.
ADDENDUM: I have just Googled the topic and it seems that I had written a short instruction on this 10 years ago! Forgot all about it. You can find it in this forum here:

Best regards.

Excuse me. But I still didn't understand how to put the fences in the scenaries.
