I have been experimenting with Textured Polys - I am writing a Tutorial about using them to create an airfield. I have noticed that if I select a portion of a texture for the poly and leave the tiling to 1 x 1 then the selected piece of the texture covers the poly. If I now increase the tiling to say 10 by 10 then a couple of things happen. The tiling seems to use the whole texture but the number of tiles visible is not 10 by 10 but looks like it is related to the bit of the texture I cut. So if I select a quarter of the texture then I seem to get 2.5 by 2.5 of the whole texture? On the other hand if I do use the whole texture then I get the expected 10 by 10 grid

Am I missing something or is this the intended behavior?
