Old_New Scenery

I've just made a new scenery with SBuilder involving changes to rivers, roads, forests etc. I'm running FS9. When I run the program I get both my new scenery and the default MS scenery on top of each other. The new scenery is in a folder in...\FS9\Addon Scenery and also in the G:\SBuilder\scenery folder. This is how I interpreted the SBuilder Help file information.
