Falling thru taxiways-05 turn pad

Aircraft falls "thru" taxiway at 05 threshold (sometimes) or thru the turn pad for 05. Downloaded the file noted in the earlier posting for this problem with no resolution. Any other ideas?

I have the same problem.
Only happens on Rwy 05 sometimes.The aircraft does not fall all the way through its more like a sudden gyration right at the start of the threshold.
Some aircraft do and some don't.
Strange.
