VOX ATC with VOR DME Runway 05 Circling

Hi there,
I use VOX ATC for all my flights, it really is superb. One big problem is that I purchased "Wonderful Madeira" in order to fly the VOR /DME circling approach to runway 5.
The problem is that I am not given an option to fly this approach. I can only choose between VOR DME Runway 23 or Visual Runway 5. The visual to runway gives me very unrealistic vectors.
